Story Times

Bookaneers: ages 4-6
Mondays at 10:30 a.m.
Preschoolers are invited to enjoy stories, finger plays, poems,
songs and crafts.

Tales for Tots: ages 2-3
Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.
Toddlers are invited to attend story time with books, finger
plays, flannel board stories and songs.
- Book Babies: ages 3-24 months
Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.
Bounce, sing, and clap with your child in their first library
experience. This 20 minute program promotes parent/child
interaction and includes a blend of books, finger plays and
songs.
- PJ Story Time: all ages
Third Tuesday of the month at 6:15 p.m. Come snuggle in your pajamas for bedtime stories!

Rhymes and Fingerplays
Learn new rhymes and fingerplays to practice with your
little one! Visit
StoryBlocks!
This new website sponsored by Colorado Libraries for
Early Literacy and PBS provides dozens of short one
minute videos that model songs, rhymes, and fingerplays
appropriate for early childhood. Each video clip
includes helpful early literacy tips to increase
caregivers’ understanding of child development and
pre-literacy needs. Check it out!

TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of
animated, talking picture books which teach young
children the joys of reading.
