Adult Programs
Lake Travis Community Library offers many exciting programs for
adults! In addition to programs listed below, the library
offers six Book Clubs.
Memoir Writing
Group
Are
you interested in writing your memoir or preserving some
of your memories for your children and grandchildren? Join the memoir writing group
the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm. Participants will explore
personal histories through a variety of writing
activities. Library Staff Member Kim McGee
facilitates the group. See the

helpful links for writers, and other information
about the group.
Craft Club
This active group tie dyes, makes paper crafts, sews,
makes jewelry, attends special glass art
classes, and more. The craft club meets
periodically for special sessions, so please contact the library at (512)

Knitting Club
The
Knitting Group meets monthly at a member's home.
The time of the meeting varies, so please contact the library or Jean
at londonladyjer@att.net for more information.
Computer Help
Do
you need help applying for a job, opening an email
account, or just searching the internet? Go to the
front desk or call (512) 263-2885 to schedule an
appointment for free computer help on Thursday mornings.
Genealogy Group
Join
our Genealogy Group on
Friday mornings before the library opens from 9 to 10am. Use our
genealogy databases on the computers and share information with
other enthusiasts.
